When enrolling in online banking, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for eStatements or to continue receiving paper statements. If you elect to continue receiving paper statements, a fee of $3 per statement, per account, will apply. Only those enrolled in Online Banking will be affected by this fee.

With our Mobile Banking, you can enjoy all the same benefits of the online banking, as well as some additional features like mobile deposit. Our mobile app is free to download and is user friendly, making it easy for you to manage your bank accounts on the go.

With mobile banking, you can:

  • Manage your Bill Pay activity
  • View statements

To use our mobile app, you will use the same username/password as your Community Bank Online Banking.

**Online Banking users must register, and setup Bill Pay accounts, on a computer prior to using the Bill Pay option located in Mobile Banking.

Getting Started

  1. Log into your mobile banking app
  2. Select the “Deposit” icon from the menu
  3. Deposit a check
  4. Choose which account you’d like to deposit into
  5. Enter in the amount of the check
  6. Endorse with your signature and “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY AT CBEDS”
  7. Take a picture of the front and back of your check

Q: How do I make a Mobile Deposit?

A: Eligible item requirements are as follows:

  • Checks must be payable to you, third party checks are not accepted
  • Endorse the back of your check as follows:
    Sign your name
    Write “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY AT CBEDS”
    Add the date of deposit
  • If the check is not properly endorsed, your deposit may be delayed or rejected.
  • Deposit limits apply
Q: Who is eligible to use Community Bank Mobile Deposit?

A: Mobile deposit is available to customers who:

  • Have enrolled in Community Bank’s Mobile Banking
  • Have an active deposit account in good standing for a minimum of 60 days
  • Have demonstrated financial responsibility with all accounts
  • Are at least 18 years of age
Q: Should I endorse my check before taking a picture?

Q: When will the funds be made available on Mobile Deposit?

A: Generally, if the Mobile Deposit is done by 3:00pm it will be available the following business day. Deposits may take up to 2 business days, which are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays.

A: Yes, please consider the following things when using Mobile Deposit.

  • Make sure that the check amount entered matches the amount written.
  • Verify it has been endorsed, with your signature & “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY AT CBEDS.’
  • Make sure the checks are flat before taking the photo, in a well-lit area.
  • When taking the picture keep the check where all four corners can be visible.
  • Keep the phone steady above the check when taking your photo.
  • Ensure the entire check image is visible and in focus before submitting the deposit.

eStatements are a safe and fast alternative to traditional paper statements. You can conveniently view, print, and save your statements to your computer at any time.

Q: Can I still receive my paper statement if I am signed up for eStatements?

A: No, once you sign up for eStatement enrollment, you elect to stop the delivery of your paper statement. You can print your eStatement from your Online Banking if you prefer having a paper copy.

Q: What information will be on my eStatement when I receive it?

A: The eStatement you view online has the exact same information that you are currently receiving with your paper statement but with the convenience of electronic delivery.

Q: Will check images show up on eStatements?

A: Yes, images will be available just as they are now on your paper statement.

Q: Can I save my eStatements for future reference?

A: Yes, once the statement is available to review in your Online Banking, you have the option to save your electronic statement right onto your computer.

Q: If I have just enrolled for eStatements, when will I be able to view my first eStatement?

A: As soon as your statement cycle is processed for the account, you will receive an e-mail from Community Bank of El Dorado Springs notifying you that your eStatement is available for review in your Online Banking.

You choose your payees, the payment amount, and the send date. Pay your phone bill, utilities, send birthday money, and more.
